Service
Chanelle Veterinary offers an experienced
and highly efficient 5 Customer Service staffs to assist purchasers
of existing products. We make every effort to ensure that each customer receives
individualized attention and expert technical support from a well trained
customer service team.
Chanelle Veterinary guarantees a “24 hour” delivery service to all its customers on the domestic market.

Telesales
Our Telesales Executives, Deirdre Farragher, Marie Hanlon and Colette Duggan make regular
contact with customers (at an agreed time) to process orders, provide information
and to answer queries. An additional service offered by our telesales representatives
includes keeping customers regularly informed of seasonal products, current
promotions, bonus products & discontinued lines. To ensure a 24 hour delivery,
final orders of the day are taken before 4 pm.
If there should be a problem with delivery, (damaged product/incorrect product, pack size) contact must be made with the office within two working days of receipt of goods.
Goods returned must have authorization, when requesting authorization the following information must be given:
Once you received authorization, goods must be returned within 2 weeks from the authorization date. If product is not returned within this time frame, the goods will not be accepted.
